Quotation will be based on discussion of your requirements. This will be done either by email , phone or video call in the first instance.
A contract for commissioned work will be made between both parties based on acceptance of the design being approved, and only then will the work commence i.e. engraving and/or Saber build. This will require a signed agreement by the customer, stating that the design is to their specifications as agreed.
A time frame for the work will be based on the estimate of current work loads.

Pricing for commissioned work will be on a fixed price in three elements :
First the design agreed upon, and then payment made for the design.
Then for the saber build, a second payment to secure materials.
Followed by a final payment when the engraving and installation is complete prior to shipping.

All prices are paid in UK GBP, either by bank transfer, or PayPal. Use your local currency converter to establish cost.

Once the order is packaged, we will notify the buyer of exact shipping charges.
Be aware there may be additional Customs import costs, depending on your country.

All Sabers with electronics that have installations done by JQ Sabers will carry a 12 month warranty on parts and installation, returned either to us or direct to JQ Sabers.
Where damage may occur through the third party i.e. shippers or courier any claim shall be dealt with by ourselves as the value of the good will be insured with SECURSUS which cover good at only 1% of the value.

This limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, commercial use or modifications of this Product, or normal wear and tear; (2) improper operation or maintenance of this Product; or (3) attempted repair by any party other than JQ Sabers. This includes opening Sabers in a manner in which they are not designed to be opened and opening of the saber without prior communication with JQ Savers. Care must be taken when changing battery or removal for charging as they are a tight fit in the chassis.
*This Limited Warranty does not apply where it is determined by Blacklight Sabers that there is no fault with the Product itself. Repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty may, at JQ Sabers discretion, be carried out at the owner’s expense.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the Product to and return shipping from Blacklight Sabers should there be no faults found.
In the event the electronics of the lightsaber becomes faulty during the warranty period, we will either replace or repair the chassis and it's components. However, if it is deemed faulty due to misuse or damaged by the customer, then it will be at the discretion of JQ Sabers whether to repair or replace the electronics. In order to prevent any potential damage to the blade or chassis, do not over tighten the blade screws, and carefully place the blade into the lightsaber.
*If you attempt a repair yourself, then the warranty is VOID.
